STARTS ON JANUARY 11, 2026

🌟 Show Up & SHINE Bingo 🌟 is my 3-week challenge to help you gently, and realistically, reset yourself and your routine after the holidays. That's right: no strict rules, no meal plans, and no perfect class attendance.
 
Instead of a checklist that starts feeling like a huge PIA to follow after the first week, you'll get a Bingo card filled with movement, nutrition, and mindset prompts that fit into your actual mom life. Things like:

βœ… Short walks
βœ… Strength exercises that don't require being at a gym or class
βœ… Small mindset shifts that actually help
 
You get to choose what you do, when you do it, and how much you take on, plus you even have the option to β€œcustomize” your Bingo card to make it work for YOUR life, not anyone else's. 

So what's the goal?

🌟 Show Up & SHINE Bingo 🌟 runs from January 11, 2026, through January 31, 2026. 

The challenge is open to anyone and you can participate from anywhere as, unlike prior challenges, my group fitness classes are not part of Bingo (although you know I would always LOVE to see you!). 

So I'm doing something different.

January has a way of making us feel like we need to "get it all together" overnight...
